You are in wrong direction. One remedy never antidotes other remedy.

Yes one poisoning can be antidoted by a remedy. Your questions should be

Will Rhus Tox poisoning could be antidoteed by Kali Phos?

Will Ruta antidote Kali Phos poisoning?

And:

Can Rhus Tox, Ruta and Kali Phos be taken simultaneiously?

Try just to take one medicine at a time espacially if it is high potency. Upto 6c you can take more than one medicine. Or at least keep a gap of 4 hours.

Some medicines are complimentary to each other like Nux Vomica and Sulphur so these two can be taken at same day. And some medicines just cancel each other's some effects.

Soon I may be putting a post on complimentary medicines.
