I keep blanching my Jaw and gritting my teeth at night and during the day too I had to have a Crainiotomy after a huge stroke I have had a large plate put in but in order to make it fit they had to move my temple muscle leaving me with one eyebrow significantly y higher than the other and a lump on the side of my head below temple height I am not sure if it is the muscle that was moved or continued swelling if you could offer any suggestions to try for the situation I would be extremely grateful

The medicine as per your symptoms described is Causticum 30C three times a day for one day considering biting of cheeks and tongue.. since the cause is probably mechanical(operation) than weakness of the facial muscles, as the muscles have been removed as stated by you, causticum may be only partially effective. Other medicines that are having similar effect on facial muscles are Cadmium sulph, , Butyric Acid, Gurare,, Plumbago and Plumbum... for improving the muscle tone Phosphorus can be used. But the medicine which has the specific symptom is Phytolacca ....see the mouth symptoms: :Mouth.--Teething children with irresistible desire to bite the teeth together. Teeth clenched; lower lip drawn down; lips everted; jaws firmly set; chin drawn down on sternum. Tongue red tip, feels rough and scalded; bleeding from mouth; blisters on side. Mapped, indented, fissured, with yellow patch down center. Much stringy saliva.

If the guiding symptom is a kind of abandoned cognizance or loss of presence of mind, arising from stress, anxiety, nervous weakness, accompanying any traumatic past experience Mellisa Officianalis is an ideal remedy the medicines may be tried in 30c potency three doses for one day and repeat if found effective at the same potency or higher. LM potency would be ideal.
